When your pet brushes past, ticks can attach to them and then suck their blood and – even worse – transmit serious diseases, such as Lyme disease and babesiosis, a dangerous disease for dogs that has recently been reported in the UK. Regularly treat your pet with a product that kills ticks– helping to reduce the risk of such diseases. We can recommend suitable products, including one that kills fleas as well as ticks.

Unless you keep up with the regular treatment of your pet, these new fleas can jump onto your cat or dog and start the life cycle all over again. To keep on top of fleas, regularly treat all pets in the home with a suitable product. Ask us about products we would recommend for your pet.

So call the surgery now to book your free flea and tick check.  Offer available from 1st April – 30th June 2017.
