Mill House is proud to be a PDSA PetAid practice
This means that we are able to offer PDSA funded treatment on the PDSA's behalf to registered eligible pet owners who live in the PE30 postcode area. Once registered, your pet will be able to receive free treatment when it is sick subject to the restrictions below. You should make a donation to the charity each time your pet is treated.
To register you must fill in an application form at the surgery which we then forward to PDSA for approval. The application must be accompanied by a postal order for £7.50 to assist with PDSA's administration costs and photocopies of documents proving you are in receipt of housing benefit or council tax benefit.
Once accepted, you will be sent a PDSA PetAid certificate valid for a fixed period for the pet you have nominated. This will be valid at Mill House Veterinary Hospital only and must be shown each time your pet needs treatment.
PDSA PetAid is only available to companion animals kept in the home or in a hutch. Only one pet per household can be registered.
Pets should be up to date with vaccinations and you must undertake to follow treatment instructions for your pet.
