Tour The Surgery - Operating Theatres

Our main Operating Theatre is where most of our surgical patients have their operations. We practice strict surgical asepsis (sterility), routinely wearing hats, masks and gloves.

The theatre is equipped with a wide range of orthopaedic and other surgical instruments, with monitoring routinely involving electrocardiograms (ECG), capnography and pulse oximetry (to measure blood oxygen levels). We also have Blease-Manley and electronic ventilators for those patients who need help breathing, and for open chest surgery.
